Health camp at Patharpratima

“Disability need not be an obstacle to success” – Stephen Hawking To mark the ‘International Day of Disabled Persons’ which is on the 3rd of December, NEWS in collaboration with Nopany Institute of Healthcare Studies, Kolkata, has organised a health camp on 19th November 2022. The camp was organised at Indrapur Nimno Buniyadi Vidyalaya of G-plot village, Patharpratima block in Sundarban. The idea behind this camp was to stand by the people with disabilities who find it difficult to manage their daily works which affects their livelihood. Special gratitude to the physicians who devoted time from their busy schedule and came down all the way from Kolkata to be a part of this noble initiative.
