On the 6th and 7th of March 2024, the IKI-India Interface project organized the 4th IKI-India networking workshop in Delhi. The event was jointly coordinated by “giz” and “The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI)”. Delegates from German Ministry and representatives from 24 IKI-India projects participated in the workshop. In this two-day networking Workshop, Ms. Ajanta Dey and Dr. Mayur Bawri represented the IKI-Living Lakes Biodiversity Climate Project (LLBCP), implemented by NEWS at Deepor Beel, the solitary RAMSAR site in the state of Assam.
The event focused on enhancing synergies and explore the possible interlinkages within the IKI-India projects. The workshop also provided a common platform for the participants to disseminate knowledge and share project outcomes through engaging and fruitful discussions on climate action.
