Awareness and Preparedness

Mankind is helpless in the face of natural disasters. We can only try to protect ourselves from the wrath of Nature by being prepared and taking proper mitigation measures. To create awareness in the youth of Kumirmari on how to face natural disasters and calamities a Climate Literacy exercise was held on Disaster Management on 12th February 2023 in Kumirmari by Mr. Maniruzzaman Sk. Titli, Aila, and Maha, three eco clubs of Kumirmari, participated in the exercise. Participants were taught about how to be prepared (dos and don’ts) during a disaster.
