Handicrafts from waste

Nature Environment and Wildlife Society (NEWS) in collaboration with the EcoClub members of Kumirmari decided on a unique way to deal with the problems of plastic management and had a session on ‘The Management of difficult waste’. Different types of plastic items were repurposed to create beautiful, attractive and useful items taking inspiration from the creatures found in their beloved Sundarban.
