The NEWS team had a discussion with the three women groups of Manmathanagar on organic farming of various vegetables in next Rabi season, separation of earthworms from vermi-beds and preparation of vermicompost. They also had a discussion with the Badabon Farmers Producer Company Limited (BFPCL) about sale of non-toxic vegetables, pulses, seeds and earthworms. The women were also trained to produce Trichoderma viride.
