Plastic Free Gangasagarmela

An enormous task taken up by enormous hearts

The GangaSagar Mela Cleanliness Drive initiative by the West Bengal Youth Network began today. Many enthusiastic participants spent hours picking up 1.5 tonnes/1500 kgs of litter. We are hopeful that this is the first of many such Cleanliness drives which will help reduce the litter and plastic pollution in the Sundarbans.
