World Population Day organized

Ms. Ajanta Dey, Joint Secretary and Programme Director of NEWS, participated in an event organized by the Directorate of Census Operations, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, West Bengal, to observe World Population Day on July 11, 2024. During the programme, she delivered an insightful lecture underscoring the importance of sustainable development to manage population dynamics.
